Comfort, comfort, comfort... These shoes are amazing. I have suffered with ankle and knee problems for several years, and these shoes keep me comfortable while I'm on my feet for many hours. They are also orthotic friendly. Do they help me get toned? I'm not sure, but I am able to walk longer, faster, and more frequently, so they must improve overall health. Rating: [5 of 5 Stars]
